Stuart Murdock

Stuart Murdock is a highly experienced scientist currently serving as Principal Scientist II at Schrödinger since March 2006, with a progressive career that includes roles as Principal Scientist, Senior Scientist II, Senior Scientist, and Technical Support Scientist within the same company. Prior to this, Stuart held multiple postdoctoral fellowships at the University of Southampton and the University of Oxford from December 2002 to February 2006, and had visiting scientist positions at UC San Diego and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in 2005. Additionally, Stuart completed postdoctoral research at the University of California, Berkeley, as well as the Indian Institute of Science and the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, early in 2002. Stuart's career began at AstraZeneca, where a position as Scientist was held from September 1998 to December 2001. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Physics and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from Queen's University Belfast.
