By using two foundational platforms for our work, the Care & Growth Model and the Intent Thematic, we excel at helping clients achieve excellence on four levels – organisational, leadership, team and personal. 

The Care & Growth model is specifically concerned with what giving means in hierarchical relationships and it helps leaders understand the necessity of nurturing and growing their people in order to succeed as a leader. The Intent Thematic, on the other hand, looks at the dynamic within teams and how the benevolent intent of each member creates the overall success of the group, and inspires the individuals to achieve personal excellence.
