Wesley Fields is a seasoned Corporate Executive Chef and Culinary Director with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. They have held various leadership positions, including Executive Chef at Schulson Collective and Chef De Cuisine at both Reveler’s Hour and DuPont Circle Hotel. Wesley possesses strong skills in operational systems, menu development, and food and beverage management, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Professional Studies and Culinary Arts Management from the Culinary Institute of America. Currently, they serve as the Corporate Executive Chef at Schulson Collective.
