Erik Nield

Erik Nield is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in construction and community outreach. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Schultz Miller since January 2021, Erik previously held roles such as TI Project Manager at Kemper Development Company and Project Manager at ESMB INC., where responsibilities included bid preparation, estimates, product research, and client specifications. Additional experience includes project management and supervision at Craig Reimer Custom Homes and special projects at Flip Builders. Erik's earlier positions involved community representation at Children Of The Nations, focusing on sales, marketing, and relationship development. Erik holds a Construction Management Certificate from the University of Washington and degrees in Biblical Studies and Arts from Calvary Chapel Bible College and Olympic College, respectively.
