Renee Archawski

Renee Archawski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and development. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Schultz & Williams since May 2023, Renee previously held various leadership roles, including Managing Director of Development at Caring for Friends and Managing Director of Development for Teach For America, where responsibilities included designing development strategies and overseeing operations to meet significant fundraising goals. With a strong background in addressing literacy issues as the Executive Director of Achieve Now, and success in fund development at organizations such as FringeArts and the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, Renee has consistently driven fundraising efforts and built strategic partnerships throughout a diverse career. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University and a Master’s degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
