Michael Lather

Michael Lather is an experienced professional with a strong background in industrial engineering and project management. Between 2015 and 2019, Michael worked at Elkamet Kunststofftechnik GmbH, where roles included Gruppenleiter Fabrikplanung, a position supported by a Master’s program as part of StudiumPlus, and positions as Projektingenieur and Leiter Projektmanagement. In September 2023, Michael joined Lather Kommunikation GmbH & Co. KG as Assistent der Geschäftsleitung and transitioned to Schunk Group in July 2024 as Business Administration Manager. Michael holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen, obtained in 2015, and a Bachelor of Engineering in the same field from the same institution, completed in 2012.
