Schuster Counseling Group is a fully online therapy practice serving Oklahoma, Texas, Florida, and Oregon. We specialize in helping people through the emotional chaos that comes with trauma, postpartum shifts, anxiety, identity loss, and burnout.

We’re not here to hand you generic coping skills—we’re here to help you dig deep, heal the root, and finally exhale. Our therapists use EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and CBT to support clients through trauma recovery, postpartum depression and anxiety, relationship issues, grief, and nervous system overload.

We offer therapy intensives for clients who want to move through the hard stuff faster and with more depth than weekly sessions allow. We also provide trauma-informed bariatric psychological evaluations and post-op counseling to help clients navigate the emotional side of weight loss surgery—before and after the OR.

As an EMDRIA-certified and PMH-C-trained group, we also specialize in perinatal and postpartum support, offering therapy for birth trauma, rage, identity shifts, NICU grief, and partner disconnection.

Our services include:
– EMDR therapy (weekly & intensive)
– Postpartum and perinatal counseling
– Bariatric psych evaluations + support
– Trauma, anxiety, and grief treatment
– Clinical supervision for LPC Candidates (OK)

Our therapy is real, relational, and built around your actual life—not just a 50-minute box. If you’re ready to work with therapists who get it—you’re in the right place.
