Lenka Koschatová

Lenka Koschatová is the Head of Operations at Schüttflix Česká republika s.r.o., where they drive strategic operational scaling and process optimization for rapid international expansion. Previously, Lenka served as the Head of Own Brands Management at MAKRO Cash and Carry CR, where they managed a substantial business portfolio and led product development initiatives. With experience as COO of URBAN SURVIVAL s.r.o. and co-founder of M21M, they have a strong background in finance, HR, and business management. Lenka holds a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Economics, Prague, and an MBA in Business Administration.
