Ingo Schwarz has 40+ years of professional and practical experience in the molding and thermoset industry as managing director and technology expert. With specific knowledge on processing, simulations and overmoulding/encapsulations, as well as over 30 years of activity in the Chamber of Commerce, he is driving the technical services and the consulting on reporting standards.

Markus Schwarz has gathered 15+ years of experience in the marketing and business development of injection molding companies from the polymer and elastomer sector. As marketing generalist with focus on sales growth he is taking care of the commercial and industrial marketing support.
