Jacken Gan

Jacken Gan has a strong background in e-commerce and online store management. Jacken started their career as a Tele Sales Representative at Denave, where they worked on a project outsourced from Microsoft and gained experience in effective communication and persuasion. Jacken then moved on to become a Management Trainee at SHENG SIONG SUPERMARKET PTE LTD, where they learned about customer service, stock management, and maximizing sales.

After that, Jacken joined Harta Packaging Industries (Cambodia) Limited as a Marketing Executive. Here, they focused on maintaining sales figures and building strong relationships with key customers. Jacken also gained experience in cross-cultural communication and cooperation.

Jacken then worked as an E-commerce Distribution Central Executive at WATSONS SINGAPORE, where they managed daily order fulfillment and gained insight into the back-end processes of e-commerce. Jacken then joined Nature 2000 Pte. Ltd. as an E-commerce Executive, where they were responsible for the daily operation of multiple online store businesses across various e-commerce platforms and achieved significant sales growth.

Currently, Jacken is working at SCI Group as an E-commerce Senior Executive. Jacken has taken on the role of E-commerce Team Lead, leading a team in managing online stores on local e-commerce platforms. Jacken has also implemented strategies such as creating costing and marketing templates to optimize profit and track marketing efforts.

Throughout their career, Jacken has developed strong skills in team leadership, online store management, customer service, stock management, and cross-cultural communication.

Jacken Gan attended National Chengchi University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. During their time at the university, they studied various subjects including Marketing, Accounting, Human Resources Management, Economic and Business Administration. In 2010, they obtained a National Chengchi University Service Certificate. In 2012, they obtained a Certificate of Recognition of Global Internship Program from AIESEC in Taiwan and a TOEIC - Listening and Reading Official Score Report from Educational Testing Service - TOEIC.
