Dafydd has held various roles in companies such as SCi Partners, The RSA Group, and Talentmark, specializing in executive search, executive interims, and interim management services. With a BSc in Applied Microbiology from the University of the West of England, Dafydd also has a keen interest in scientific research, as demonstrated during their time as a Research Scientist at VTT.
