Zachary Nelson

Zachary Nelson is a knowledgeable engineer with extensive experience in software and control systems design. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at SciTec, Inc. since June 2022, Zachary previously worked as a Senior Staff Engineer. Prior to that, Zachary was employed at Lockheed Martin as a Software Engineer from July 2018 to June 2022. Zachary began professional experience as a Research Assistant at Johns Hopkins University, under the guidance of Prof. Enrique Mallada, where a state-of-the-art controller design framework was developed. Additional research experience includes work at The College of New Jersey with Prof. Ambrose Adegbe on modifying algorithms for control systems. Early internship experience at Teletronics Technology Corporation involved contributions to aerospace engineering software. Zachary holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from The College of New Jersey.
