Einat Rot began their career in 1993 at Netafim, where they held three roles: Managing Director of East & Central Europe, VP HR, and VP Supply Chain. In 2012, they moved to SCI Distribution as CEO SCI EMEAA. In 2015, they joined Netafim again as a Board Member, and in 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer of i4LINX.
Einat Rot completed an MBA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2004 and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 1992.
