Jerry Pence is an accomplished investor and board member with over 25 years of experience in leadership, operations, private equity, management consulting, and investment banking. Currently serving as the Managing Partner of Balanced Capital Partners, Jerry leads the company's vision and culture while also overseeing deal sourcing and transaction negotiations. As the Executive Chairman of Sciata, Jerry drives the company's strategic direction and ensures adherence to its core values. Prior to this, Jerry held various leadership roles, including CEO of Bleuwave and President of Longboard Asset Management, and has advised numerous companies through board positions, contributing significantly to the success of multiple ventures. Jerry earned an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Yale University.
