Scidan Consulting Group is a senior-led advisory firm engaged where capital stress, regulatory exposure, and governance accountability converge.

We are brought in when complexity carries consequence — by utilities, governments, private equity sponsors, boards, and investors who need principal-level expertise, not staffed engagements.

Our energy and infrastructure practice is anchored by credentials that no boutique competitor can match. We served as Energy Advisor to the Governor of California during the PG&E Chapter 11 restructuring, lead managerial advisor to the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority through its Title III proceeding and post-hurricane recovery, and continue to advise the Administrator of the $21 billion California Wildfire Fund. We provide expert testimony before state legislatures and public utility commissions on wildfire liability, insurance, and regulatory policy.

Our restructuring practice extends that capability into full-spectrum middle-market advisory — Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructuring, Chief Restructuring Officer, interim CFO, COO, and fiduciary roles, and operator-led turnaround execution.

Our risk governance practice brings a rare DOE counterintelligence pedigree to insider-risk, trusted-access vulnerabilities, and human-enabled threat exposure — capabilities increasingly critical for utilities, energy infrastructure, and financial services firms.

Principal-led. Senior-accountable. Engaged when it matters most.
