Adarsh DM

Adarsh DM has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Adarsh is currently the Director of Sales and Business Development- Asia Pacific at Scienaptic AI, where they focus on credit life cycle management and assists banks and lending institutions in adopting AI-enabled credit underwriting. Prior to this, Adarsh held various roles at CRIF India, including Vice President & Business Head South India, Associate Vice President- Regional Business Head, Senior Manager Sales, Senior Manager- Client Relations, and Manager- Client Relations. At Accenture, they worked as part of the Executive Recruitment Team, handling scheduling of interviews, updating systems, and drafting offer letters. Adarsh also had experience as an Executive at Learning Labs, where they specialized in skills assessment, and as a Founder Partner at AVST Agency, where they dealt with sales and service of solar systems.

Adarsh DM began their education at St. Mary's School in Tumkur from 1987 to 1998, where they completed their primary schooling. They then attended Chetana Vidya Mandira in Tumkur from 1998 to 2001, graduating with a 10th grade degree in Science, Mathematics, and Social Science. Adarsh then went on to Sarvodaya PU College in Tumkur from 2001 to 2003, where they earned their PUC degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. They then enrolled at Bangalore University from 2003 to 2006 and obtained a BSc in Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology. Finally, Adarsh completed their education at Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2006 to 2008, earning a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources.
