Barsath Mohamed

Barsath Mohamed is an experienced data scientist currently serving as Principal Data Scientist at Scienaptic AI since June 2018, after progressing through roles as Lead and Senior Data Scientist. Barsath is also a Lifetime Member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international honor society for business programs. Prior experience includes a role as Data Science Researcher at Arizona State University, focusing on machine learning applications in energy efficiency and nuclear power analysis, and a position at IBM as a Data Miner and Assistant Manager, where contributions included developing machine learning models for vaccine sales improvements and social media sentiment analysis. Earlier experience as a Decision Scientist at Mu Sigma involved extensive work on inventory shrinkage analysis, supply chain optimization, and the impact of social media on retail sales.
