Joydip Gupta

Joydip Gupta began their work experience in 1994 at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked as an IT Project Manager and Software Developer until 1998. Joydip then joined McKinsey as a Management Consultant from 2000 to 2003. Gupta then worked at iGate as the Business Consulting Group Lead from 2003 to 2005. From 2005 to 2015, they worked at Dell in various roles, including Customer Services Director, General Manager for PC Accessories & Software in the Asia Pacific & Japan region, and Global Product Marketing Head for PC Accessories & Electronics. In 2015, Gupta joined XpertEase.in as a Business & IT Consultant, where they worked until 2018. Currently, they are the APAC Head at Scienaptic Systems, focusing on an AI-based platform for credit decisioning to help banks and lending institutions automate credit underwriting processes using alternative data and industry scorecards.

Joydip Gupta has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Joydip also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
