Pankaj Kulshreshtha

Pankaj Kulshreshtha is the Founder & CEO of Scienaptic Systems, where they have been working since May 2014. Pankaj has developed an AI-based Credit platform that disrupts the traditional credit management system.

Prior to this, Pankaj worked at GENPACT Ltd from March 2008 to April 2014 as the SVP & Business Leader - Analytics & Research. Pankaj played a crucial role in transforming the Analytics business, leading to significant growth in revenue and team size.

From November 2006 to January 2008, Pankaj served as the Chief Risk Officer at GE Money Loans. Pankaj was responsible for managing portfolio profitability and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.

Pankaj also has experience as the Head of Risk at GE Money from April 2005 to October 2006, and as Vice President at GECIS - Analytics from July 1998 to March 2005. At GECIS, they consolidated and developed analytics teams to support various functions within GE Consumer Finance globally.

Pankaj started their career as an Engineer at Larsen & Toubro Limited in 1991, where they worked until 1994.

Pankaj Kulshreshtha completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology. Pankaj attended this institution from 1987 to 1991. Following this, they pursued a PhD in Quantitative Methods from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 1994 to 1999.
