Sonali Koshta

Sonali Koshta has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Customer Service Representative for several companies including Serco India BPO Pvt. Ltd., Concentrix, and Aegis Limited. In these roles, they handled customer inquiries, resolved complaints, and promoted products or services.

In 2016, Sonali joined Redseer Strategy Consultants as a Research Analyst. There, they conducted primary and secondary research, analyzed data, and collaborated with the consulting team to prepare reports and presentations for clients.

From 2018 to 2021, Sonali worked at ACL Digital as a Consultant. In this role, they partnered with business stakeholders to document requirements and workflows. Sonali conducted gap analysis, prioritized requirements, and supported cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

In 2018, Sonali also had a role as an Associate Market Research Analyst at Infiniti Research Ltd. There, they specialized in business analysis, research analysis, data modeling, and creating business process documents.

Currently, Sonali Koshta is working at Scienaptic AI as a Consultant. Their responsibilities include understanding clients' business requirements, translating them into technical requirements, analyzing data, and developing reports that provide insights into client data.

Sonali Koshta completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vindhya Institute of Technology and Science in Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh). Sonali attended the institution from 2011 to 2015.
