Vaibhav Ghai

Vaibhav Ghai currently serves as Head of HR at Scienaptic AI, a company focused on enhancing credit availability through advanced technology in credit decisioning, since January 2019. Prior to this role, Vaibhav held various HR positions at Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting as a Senior Manager and at Genpact, where responsibilities included leading business HR initiatives and shaping people strategies in alignment with business goals. Vaibhav's professional journey began with a summer internship at Crestcom. Academically, Vaibhav holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a B.Tech degree in Computers from Guru Nanak Dev University. Early education was completed at D.A.V. Public School Amritsar.
