Larry Kay is currently serving as the Interim Director at Science Central, where they assist the team while the Search Committee seeks a new full-time leader, following 14 years on the Board of Directors. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Fort Wayne Metals from 1993 to 1997, including Director of New Product Development and Director of Engineering, contributing significantly to the medical device industry. In addition, Larry worked as a Quality Manager at Esterline Angus from 1981 to 1993. Currently, as a Project Specialist Emeritus at Fort Wayne Metals, they lead initiatives focused on Product Life Cycle Management and business process improvement. Larry holds a degree from Indiana University—Purdue University Fort Wayne.
