Arvind Dasgupta

Arvind Dasgupta is a Microfabrication Process Engineer at Science since November 2022, focusing on device development to enhance human experiences. Previously, Arvind served as a Graduate Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley from August 2015 to July 2022, where novel dielectric oxide thin films were designed and fabricated using Physical Vapor Deposition. Arvind also gained experience as a Summer Research Intern at the University of Waterloo in 2014, working on solar cells with electrodeposited Zinc Oxide and reduced Graphene Oxide. Additionally, Arvind interned at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited in quality assurance, employing Scanning Electron Microscopy. Arvind holds a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Technology in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
