Elizabeth Cleale

Elizabeth Cleale has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 2002 as Director of Client Services at Lead Forward. Elizabeth then worked as a Human Resources Benefits Specialist at Mercy from 2003 to 2006. From 2006 to 2013, they served as a Lead Long Term Disability Benefits Specialist at Unum.

In 2013, Cleale joined CashStar as Director of Human Resources, where they managed the HR department and provided coaching and consultation in various areas. CashStar was later acquired by Blackhawk Network in 2017, where they continued as a Senior HR Business Partner. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Senior HR Business Partner at Covetrus, responsible for providing guidance to executive leadership and partnering with HR centers of excellence.

Starting in 2021, Elizabeth Cleale is currently working at Science 37 as the Director of Human Resources, focusing on strategic HR initiatives and leading the HR team.

Elizabeth Cleale received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Maine, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. In 2012 to 2013, they attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where they obtained a Certificate in Holistic Health Coaching. Additionally, in February 2013, Elizabeth Cleale obtained a certification as a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner from the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
