Paula Dear

Paula Dear is an experienced clinical research professional with a diverse background in coordinating and managing clinical trials. Currently serving as a Remote Clinical Research Coordinator at Science 37 since November 2020, Paula previously held the position of Clinical Operations Supervisor at the Metabolic Research Institute from August 2019 to September 2020. Prior roles include Clinical Research Manager at Spectrum Clinical Research from April 2013 to August 2019, where responsibilities included protocol review and compliance monitoring for Phase II and III studies, and Director of Clinical Research at Science and Research Institute from May 2006 to March 2013, overseeing operations and patient recruitment for numerous clinical trials. Paula holds a degree in Medical Assisting from the Florida College Of Medical Careers, completed in 1987.
