Jonathan Chivers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT operations and product management. Currently serving as the Principal Product Manager for Service Centric Operations at ScienceLogic since January 2016, Jonathan is focused on developing the SL1 AIOps platform to enhance service-centric management in IT. Previously, as Senior Director of Advisory Services, Jonathan co-created the Clarity Workshop to shift sales strategies toward business value.
