Lee Koepping

Lee Koepping has over 30 years of work experience in various technical and leadership positions. Lee started their career in the US Navy as a Cryptologic Technician, gaining expertise in telecommunication circuit design and maintenance. After leaving the Navy, they joined Global Management Systems, Inc. as a Sr. Engineer and Program Manager, overseeing the design and development of support centers for government customers.

Lee then joined Klein Technologies Inc. as Sr. Director of NOC Operations before moving to Northrop Grumman, where they established and led Consulting Services for ITSM and Storage Technology Practices. During their time at Northrop Grumman, they grew the consulting services business to $12 million in two years.

After that, Koepping joined Apptis Technology Solutions, LLC (ATS) as Sr. Director of Pre-Sales Engineering, where they managed technical pre-sales engineering staff and was responsible for positioning technical solutions and engineering services. Lee also held the role of Client Computing Practice Manager, developing solutions and partnerships for client computing technologies.

Next, they joined Iron Bow Technologies as Sr. Director of Technical Solutions and Chief Technology Officer. In this role, they managed the pre-sales engineering and technical practices team, supporting revenue goals of over $900 million in networking, collaboration, data center, security, and client computing technologies.

Following their time at Iron Bow Technologies, Koepping worked at Blue Door Networks, LLC as Chief Technology Officer, where they established industry partnerships and focused on infrastructure, business transformation, and emerging technologies. Lee also led the technical company's enablement strategy and delivery methodology.

Currently, Koepping is the Sr. Director of Global Sales Engineering at ScienceLogic, where they lead the global sales engineering team and focuses on developing go-to-market strategy and execution for ScienceLogic solutions worldwide. Lee capitalizes on their previous experience as Chief Technologist and Distinguished Engineer at ScienceLogic, delivering AIOps solutions to various customers and partners.

Throughout their career, Koepping has obtained over 200 relevant sales and technical industry certifications, showcasing their commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.

Lee Koepping's education history includes a certificate in TSEC/KG-84A Maintenance from the Naval Cryptological Technical School in 1990 and a certificate in Electronics Engineering/Information Warfare from the Naval Combat Technical Training Center in 1989-1990. In addition to these educational qualifications, Lee has obtained various certifications from different institutions, such as ScienceLogic, LinkedIn, Lynda.com, Splunk, Avaya, Amazon Web Services, Palo Alto Networks, Extreme Networks, and Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company. These certifications cover a range of technical sales, networking, and IT skills, obtained between 2012 and 2023.
