Leonid Tsoi

Leonid Tsoi has extensive work experience spanning various roles in the technology sector. Leonid began their career as an Operator and Engineer at Muzimpex, where they managed and optimized industrial equipment, provided training, and resolved technical issues related to automated food processing and refrigerated storage facilities.

Leonid then worked as a System Administrator at The International Business School "Kelajak Ilmi", where they introduced Microsoft Active Directory and upgraded the local area network to enhance security and network speed. Leonid later became the Head of the IT Department, overseeing IT infrastructure deployments, budgeting, and managing the company's relocations.

Leonid then joined Imageworld LLC as an IT Specialist and IT Project Manager. Leonid focused on data digitization, processing, and document conversion projects, as well as the development of new services to expand customer offerings.

Currently, at ScienceLogic, Leonid has held multiple roles, including Technical Support Engineer, Support Team Lead, Technical Support Manager, Principal Support Engineer, and Senior Principal Engineer. Leonid has demonstrated expertise in optimizing internal processes, providing technical insights based on customer product use, conducting outage review and root cause analysis, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the customer experience.

Throughout their career, Leonid has been recognized for their exceptional performance and received awards such as Employee of the Quarter and Employee of the Year.

Leonid Tsoi completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Ritsumeikan University from 2007 to 2009. In addition, they have obtained various certifications from institutions such as LinkedIn, Microsoft, CompTIA, VMware, and ScienceLogic.
