Timothy May

Timothy May has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Timothy started their career at Tops Markets as an Assistant Customer Service Manager, where they supervised a large team and handled customer complaints. Timothy later worked at Eastman Kodak Company as a Business Systems Analyst, responsible for building software packages and ensuring workstation security. Timothy then joined Entergy as a Platform Packager, developing and supporting software image sets for nuclear power plants. Timothy also served as a Graduate Assistant at Rochester Institute of Technology, where they provided system administration and support for student labs. Timothy worked at Canali Inc as a Software Architect, managing search servers for the Department of State and maintaining content quality on public facing websites. Currently, they are employed at ScienceLogic as a Principal Software Architect, with previous experience as a Senior Software Architect. In their role at ScienceLogic, they perform professional services programming and maintenance of the customer code base, as well as working as a Drupal developer for the corporate website. Additionally, Timothy worked as a Marching Instructor at Jordan-Elbridge Central School District.

Timothy May earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1999 to 2005. Timothy has obtained several additional certifications, including Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in 2019, ScienceLogic Certified Expert in 2014, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) in 2004, CompTIA Network+ in 1999, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) in 1999, and CompTIA A+ in 1997.
