The Sciencenter is a hands-on science museum in Ithaca, NY, dedicated to inspiring curiosity and a love of learning through interactive exhibits and educational programming. With over 250 engaging exhibits, live animals, an outdoor science park, and a seasonal mini-golf course, the Sciencenter offers playful science experiences for visitors of all ages. We’re committed to building a culture of critical thinking, exploration, and inclusion—empowering future scientists, engineers, and informed citizens in our community and beyond.

 The Sciencenter welcomes over 100,000 visitors in Ithaca each year and reaching over 1.5 million people worldwide through our traveling exhibitions and outreach programs. The Sciencenter is accredited by the American Alliance of Museums (AAM) and is a member of the Association of Science-Technology Centers (ASTC) and Association of Children’s Museums (ACM).
