Benoît David

Benoît David is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in M&A and investment advisory. Currently serving as Co-founder and Partner at Raisers Partners since December 2023, Benoît has co-led over €245 million in transaction volume across more than 50 deals. As the Founder of Redoaks since January 2019, Benoît focuses on driving growth for entrepreneurs through bespoke advisory services in M&A and capital raising. Benoît is also a Founding Partner at 85 Capital Partners, providing equity investments in search fund vehicles globally. In academia, Benoît has been a lecturer in Corporate Finance at Sciences Po since October 2016. Previous roles include M&A advisory positions at Mediobanca and Messier Maris & Associés, as well as statutory audit experience at EY. Benoît holds a Diplôme de l'Ecole Polytechnique and a DSCG in Accounting and Management.
