Igor Tkalec

Igor Tkalec is an accomplished academic and researcher specializing in social data science, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at UCL's Social Data Institute since October 2022. Tkalec also lectures at Sciences Po, focusing on data storytelling and introductory econometrics, and previously worked as a Research Fellow and Research Associate at the European University Institute, contributing to the GlobalStat project on data management and policy analysis. Additional teaching roles include adjunct lectures at the Centre international de formation européenne and doctoral research at the University of Luxembourg.
