Pascal Turlan

Adjunct Professor

Pascal Turlan is currently serving as the Legal Director and Ukraine Program Director at Project Expedite Justice since August 2022 and holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Sciences Po since September 2022. Previously, Turlan worked at the International Criminal Court - Office of the Prosecutor for nearly a decade, where roles included Judicial Cooperation Adviser and Head of Judicial Cooperation from 2013 to July 2022, as well as International Cooperation Adviser and Situation Analyst from 2003 to 2012. Turlan also provided expertise as an International Law and International Cooperation Adviser at the Ministry of Justice of Sierra Leone from 2002 to 2003. Earlier positions include Legal Adviser at the Ministère de la Justice and Médecins du Monde in 2001, as well as Chargé de mission at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) France. Turlan's academic background includes a Master's degree in European Law and Politics from the College of Europe, a Master's degree in Public and European and International Affairs from Sciences Po, and a Licenciate degree in Law from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
