Joachim Staes is currently the Head of Service for Staffing and Payroll at Sciensano, the Belgian Federal Scientific Institute. They previously served as an HR Project Manager at both Sciensano and the Scientific Institute of Public Health, where they led various integration projects for the HR departments. Joachim holds a Master of Arts in History and a Master of Science in International Business Economics and Management, both from KU Leuven, graduating with honors.
