Michael Lampe is the Founder and CEO of Scient Public Relations. Michael has over 25 years of experience in corporate communications, media relations, reputation management, and public affairs.

Lampe began their career at Feinstein Kean Healthcare in 2001 as the Senior Vice President. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of the company's communication strategy, including media relations, crisis communications, and issues management.

In 2007, Lampe joined Wyeth as the Vice President of Corporate Media Relations and Reputation Management. In this role, they were responsible for corporate media relations, issues management, corporate image and visibility. Michael also led all merger- and integration-related communication and internal communications company wide.

In 2010, Lampe left Wyeth to join Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania as the Vice President of Corporate Affairs. In this role, they led the Communications and Public Affairs functions, with responsibility for corporate media strategy, reputation management, executive and internal communications, community relations and philanthropy. Michael also oversaw legislative and regulatory strategy and policy analysis at the state and federal level.

Lampe founded Scient Public Relations in 2011. Scient is a full-service communications agency that provides strategic counsel and execution for some of the world’s most admired brands and organizations. The agency is headquartered in Boston with offices in New York City, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.

Michael Lampe has a Master's degree in Public Communications from American University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science/Psychology from Montclair State University.
