Finding the best talent, the make the greatest change to patients globally.

Our journey at Scienta started small, with an audacious vision borne out of 17 years of combined life science recruitment experience by our founders, Lewis, Guy, and Tudor. Their ambition extended beyond merely providing a service to clients; they sought to establish meaningful partnerships. Rooted in an unwavering commitment to client-oriented recruitment, leveraging their vast industry knowledge, and a comprehensive network, Scienta was established in 2017.

From these humble roots, Scienta has flourished into a multinational organisation, with a team of 20 experts in the UK and US. We've solidified our reputation as a trusted recruitment partner for the pharmaceutical industry, aiding them in recruiting exceptional life science professionals.

At the heart of Scienta is relationships. We dig deep into understanding our clients and candidates, knowing their goals, motivations, and dreams. This depth of engagement ensures we not only align skills but also create a cultural harmony that strengthens teams and ultimately fuels innovations that transform patients' lives.

Recognising that each role within the Life Science industry has distinct recruitment requirements, our specialised teams provide a targeted approach within:

• Quality Assurance
• Medical Affairs
