Sandra Heng serves as the Chief Operating Officer at SCIENTE Consulting P/L and Sciente International Pte Ltd since July 2007, overseeing award-winning consulting services primarily in the insurance sector and technology talent management across various industries. Under Sandra Heng's leadership, both companies have garnered numerous accolades, including multiple silver and bronze awards at the 2023 HR Excellence Awards and recognition in previous years for excellence in human capital management, workplace culture, and digital transformation. Prior to this, Sandra Heng held pivotal roles at Tech Mahindra and Dell Services, and possesses an Executive MBA from WUSTL-Fudan and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from the National University of Singapore.
