David E. Williams

David E. Williams has over 20 years of work experience. David E. started their career as a Systems Analyst/Programmer III at Indiana University Bloomington, where they were responsible for designing, developing, and managing applications for the Personnel Information Environment (PIE). David E. also administered servers and conducted presentations on PIE.

Following their time at Indiana University, David worked as a self-employed freelancer and consultant, offering programming, design, and consulting services to various departments at Indiana University and other organizations. David E. also worked as a certified Hewlett-Packard service technician.

David then joined The Herald-Times as a Web/Mobile Developer, where they worked on web and mobile development projects until 2018.

In 2018, David joined Schurz Communications as an Applications Systems Analyst, where they worked until July of that year.

Currently, David works at Scientia, LLC as a Software Developer. David E.'sprimary responsibilities include developing computer software, architectures, and systems to solve programming challenges. David E. also provides software and system test support for pre-production releases.

David E. Williams obtained an Associate of Science Degree in Computer Technology with a Business Option from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. David E. completed this degree from 1995 to 2000, with a focus on Computer Technology and Business. Additionally, they acquired a CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in June 2020.
