Phoebe Martinez

Phoebe Martinez has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Phoebe started their career as a Seasonal Recreational Leader at Chicago Park District in June 2016, where they worked until August 2018. In May 2018, Phoebe worked as an Instructor at iDTech Camps. From August 2018 to May 2020, they held multiple roles at DePauw University, including Computer Science Tutor, Communication Center Assistant, and Teacher Assistant. In May 2019, they participated in the IMHCI-REU program at the University of Florida, where they conducted their own experiment and reviewed literature articles for conferences. Phoebe joined Indiana University Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering in August 2020 and held the positions of Associate Instructor and PHD Candidate until August 2022. Currently, they are working as a Software Developer at Scientia LLC, starting in August 2022.

Phoebe Martinez completed their education in 2022, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Informatics from Indiana University Bloomington. Prior to that, they attended DePauw University from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science and Psychology.

In addition to their academic achievements, Phoebe also holds two certifications. In March 2018, they obtained the BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association, and the Heartsaver First Aid certification from the same institution in the same month and year.
