Tom O'Hanlon

Tom O'Hanlon has over a decade of experience in life sciences recruitment, currently serving as Vice President at Scientific Search since January 2010. In this role, Tom leads Business Development and manages a team focused on recruiting professionals in fields such as Pharmaceutical, Gene Therapy, Immuno-Oncology, Medical Devices, Biologics, and Biotechnology. Prior to this, Tom held positions as a Senior Director and Director within the same company, and worked as a Senior Recruiter and Account Manager at Staffing Plus, specializing in the Allied Health Division’s recruitment in Texas and Florida. Tom's career began at Scientific Search as an Executive Recruiter, where expertise was developed in recruiting for Pharmaceutical, Engineering, and IT roles. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Rowan University.
