Natalie Duner has held various roles throughout their work experience. Natalie began their career at Real Staffing in 2015 as an Associate Recruitment Consultant, where they gained experience in the Life Sciences market. In 2016, they were promoted to Biotech Recruiter and later became a Senior Biotech Recruiter in 2017. During their time at Real Staffing, Natalie consistently exceeded revenue goals and played a key role in expanding the Southern California life sciences business.

In 2017, Natalie joined Scientist.com as a Customer Success Manager, where they provided support to pharmaceutical scientists in their research efforts. Natalie was later promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager and then Associate Director of Customer Success, where they played a vital role in helping scientists discover life-saving medicines more efficiently and cost-effectively. In their most recent role at Scientist.com, Natalie served as the Associate Director of Business Development, and they are currently the Director of Business Development.
