James Cluggish has over 25 years of experience in technical training and analytical chemistry. Currently a Senior Technical Trainer at AB SCIEX since September 2006, James instructs field service engineers on the installation, maintenance, and repair of LCMS systems while ensuring ISO compliance of course materials. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Support Chemist and Technical Trainer at Varian Inc. from March 1999 to August 2006, where support was provided for manufacturing, marketing, sales, and installation, in addition to training field personnel on chromatography and mass spectrometer products. Earlier in career, James worked as an Analytical Chemist at McCampbell Analytical from September 1996 to October 1998, specializing in Mass Spectrometry techniques. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with a focus on Molecular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
