Mi Lee

Mi Lee currently serves as the Senior Director of FP&A at SCIEX, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Mi held significant financial leadership roles at Phenomenex, including Global Controller and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, from November 2017 to March 2025. Additional experience includes positions as Finance Director for Marketing, Merchandising & Giving and International Operations at TOMS, and Financial Reporting Manager at Trader Joe's Company. Mi's earlier career involved roles in financial reporting and compliance at Guidance Software and as a Senior Associate in Business Advisory Services at Grant Thornton LLP. Mi holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, along with a Global Management Certificate, and has pursued further education at SDA Bocconi and The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mi also completed the Food Industry Executive Program at the University of Southern California and earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics, with a minor in Asian American Studies from UCLA.
