Walter Tom

Walter Tom possesses extensive experience in technical support and management within the analytical science and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of the Technical Assistance Center for the Americas at SCIEX since 2011, Walter has previously held several key positions, including Manager and Sr Service Support Specialist. Prior to joining SCIEX, Walter worked at Life Technologies from 1999 to 2011 as a Sr Technical Support Specialist and Sr Global Service Product Manager. Earlier in the career, Walter was a Sr Product Support Engineer at Perseptive Biosystems and a Field Service Engineer at Hitachi High-Tech Analytical Science. Walter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.
