Earlier career experience includes serving as a Buyer (NPI) at Etratech from July 2004 to September 2008 and a Senior Buyer at Tianjin Orient Container Terminals Service Co. Ltd from 1994 to 2002. Wei Liu obtained a Post Diploma (Honour) in Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Seneca Polytechnic in 2004 and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Tianjin University in 1994.
