Joël Vogt

Joël Vogt is an experienced Data Engineer currently working at SCIGILITY since 2022. Previously, Joël held roles as a Software Engineer at YELP UK LTD, where responsibilities included ensuring timely delivery of critical ads and migrating the database access layer, and as a Machine Learning Scientist at EVRYTHNG, contributing to the development of intelligent supply chain integrity solutions. Additional experience includes a role as a Senior Research Engineer in IoT at EVRYTHNG, where Joël innovated in supply chain technologies, and as a Researcher and Software Engineer at CERN, focusing on data migration and real-time processing. Joël also has a background as a Unix/Linux Systems Administrator at Cablecom GmbH and has supported various academic programs during time as a Research Assistant at the University of Fribourg. Joël holds multiple advanced degrees, including PhDs in Information Technology and Economics and Social Sciences, as well as a Master's degree in Information Management.
