Leaf Hagens

Leaf Hagens currently serves as Manager of Finance, Investments & Control and IFRS 17 Technical Lead at Scildon, where responsibilities include leading a team to implement IFRS 17 and IFRS 9 for group reporting, creating accounting position papers, and managing stakeholder relationships. Previous experience includes serving as an IFRS 17 Specialist during a sabbatical, and working at Willis Towers Watson as a Consulting Actuary and Lead Associate in Global Services and Solutions, overseeing multiple employee benefit plan projects. Hagens is a co-founder and co-chair of the YOUNG PROFESSIONALS NETWORK and YOUNG WTW, initiatives aimed at engaging young professionals within the organization.
