We focus on the end goal, while at the same time staying lean to ensure that whatever we develop yields business value.Many AI projects end up in a drawer because of lack of alignment with business strategy. We put special emphasis on the strategy phase. Inaddition, an AI project is very different from an IT project, given that every AI project has an important R&D component. Half of our technical team have a PhD, because we have realized that experience is key to success in AI. As a company, we build on 7 years of lessons learned building and deploying AI solutions.
