Curtis Hunter

Curtis Hunter began their career in 2000 as a Senior Customer Support Engineer for Robert Bosch Healthcare (Telemedicine) formerly Health Hero Network. In 2011, they were promoted to Implementation Manager with the same company. In 2013, Curtis joined ScImage, Inc. as Sales Operations Manager, where they assisted the Sales Team by blending Sales, Business Operations, Development, and Customer Support as the internal customer advocate. Curtis also managed all aspects of the internal sales process through product delivery for existing customers and served as the Sales Technology expert. In this role, they created efficiencies in internal processes that drove product delivery and customer satisfaction. Curtis then moved into the Development/Operations Manager role, where they spearheaded overall leadership, CRM, and strategic development planning for Engineering Regulatory Process, Sales Systems, and the Call Center. Curtis also collaborated with high profile clients ensuring customer satisfaction and represented the client throughout the organization to improve CRM processes. Curtis then took on the role of Call Center Manager, where they pioneered overall strategic leadership of a regional technical team of 7 staff propelling technical support in a 24/7 environment for a clinical enterprise PACS solution. Curtis coached, trained, and mentored a 2-tier support team of 6 staff through leading and influencing, improving employee satisfaction and reducing turnover. Curtis also authored technical documentation for CRM to support healthcare imaging information. Finally, Curtis was a Project Manager, leading complex HL7 integrations between both systems to define demanding technology requirements and drive clinical efficiencies for multiple client sites. Curtis also transformed product development, task management, and support initiatives by creating process documentation for implementation and served as the primary customer liaison for all technical and operational product issues.

Curtis Hunter has a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Chico. Curtis also has a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute obtained in April 2021, a CPHIMSS certification from HIMSS, and a Private Aircraft Pilot certification from a Private Pilot License.
