Kirtika Shukla

Kirtika Shukla is a legal counsel at Scimplify, where they are responsible for building the legal department of a Series B start-up. Kirtika has previously served as a legal intern at various firms, including DMD Advocates, Mason & Associates Advocates, and Razorpay, focusing on areas such as competition law, corporate insolvency, and intellectual property. They earned a B.A.LL.B (Hons.) from Nirma University, Ahmedabad, and have contributed to significant research and drafting projects throughout their internship experiences. In their current role, Kirtika engages in operations, stakeholder management, and advisory work.
